"Hey! ... Shut up!"

I mean, I couldn't decipher those couple words in the middle, either, hence the ellipses above. But regardless of specifics or semantics, the message was unmistakable: Someone was giving grief to referee Brad Watson, and the coach wanted very, very badly for that someone to cut it out.
So, any guesses as to the target?
