STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- The Nittany Lions' 2018 recruiting class added a 13th member with Saturday's verbal pledge from Aurora, Ill three-star offensive tackle Bryce Effner.
Effner, who chose the Lions over scholarship offers from Minnesota, Duke, Boston College and Syracuse among others, announced the news via Twitter.
