Sunday’s Best: Not a bad day of shooting for such a bad game

In the middle of Game 1, I texted the Penguins coverage team and said that it felt like a preseason game and the only cheers in the arena were started by Iceburgh.

That never improved. Not even the dramatic tying goal from Evgeni Malkin could keep the crowd involved at the start of overtime.

Not all was as dreary as the atmosphere at PPG Paints Arena during the Penguins' 2-1 overtime loss to the Senators, however. For instance, I think I made photos last night which ended up being far more interesting than the game at hand.
