With all due respect to Cam Heyward and all that he's become, on and off the field, the Steelers haven't had that truly special, that consistently spectacular defensive performer since the peak version of Troy Polamalu.
And I write that only because we still don't see enough of Ryan Shazier.
It'd be nuts to downplay his potential. When he did suit up for that riveting run through the playoffs -- it's so common now to fixate on Foxborough that even the most upbeat fans are fond of burying all that preceded it -- he was breathtaking at times.
You know, kind of like this pick Saturday night at Heinz Field:
Watch that often enough that you're buying stock in Vine, and it still won't fully describe the zip with which the Colts' Scott Tolzien fired that pass.
