Happy Friday! It's time for the weekly social media roundup.

We have a lot from the Steelers this week from their bye week and their return to the facilities. Trevor Williams carries the Pirates' social media on his back over the offseason, it seems. The rest of the guys don't post too often. The Penguins are pretty quiet on social media during the season. Interesting.

Many of the Steelers went home for the bye week. A few of them made stops at their alma maters to check out some football. JuJu Smith-Schuster caught up with Troy Polamalu at USC:
