James Harrison had been quiet about his release from the Steelers last Saturday for nearly a week.
Friday, however, he issued a four-page statement on Instagram telling his side of the story, just two days after his former teammates with the Steelers ripped him for essentially being a bad teammate this season.
Harrison, who has only spoken to the media on Fridays for the past few years, is scheduled to meet with the media with his new team, the New England Patriots, today.
But, as he said in the following post, this will be his only statement in regard to what happened:
