The NFL passed a new rule regarding the use of the helmet as a weapon at its annual meeting in Orlando earlier this year and then met again two weeks ago to figure out how it was going to be applied.
Even after explaining the rule with more clarity, there was still a lot of confusion surrounding the issue.
Saturday, however, the league posted a video on its social media account to allow fans and the media a look at what is now going to be illegal. Here it is:

Hopefully, this clears some things up. The message seems to be clear. Don't use your helmet as a weapon. And see what you hit.
