• TENNIS: Angelique Kerber stuns Serena Williams 6-3, 6-3 to win Wimbledon crown. — Saturday, 12:50 p.m.


• TENNIS: And on the second day, Novak Jokovic outlasts Rafael Nadal 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (9), 3-6, 10-8 in the suspended Wimbledon semifinal. The Serb reaches a grand slam final for the first time since 2016. — Saturday, 11:24 a.m.


• MLB: Old guy update: The Angels’ Albert Pujols, 38, is going on the DL, and the Dodgers’ Chase Utley, 39, says this will be his final season. — Friday, 7:02 p.m.

TENNIS: And because the aforementioned Anderson-Isner match went so long, the Rafa NadalNovak Djokovic semi was suspended after three sets due to the 11 p.m. curfew. Djokovic will be leading 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (9) when the match resumes this morning at 11 a.m., prior to the women’s final between Serena Williams and Angelique Kerber. — Friday, 6:15 p.m.

• NFL: Let this be a lesson to us all: Running backs’ careers don’t last long. DeMarco Murray retired Friday at age 30. — Friday, 3:15 p.m.


• Tennis: Thought MLB needs time limits? John Isner and Kevin Anderson staged the longest semifinal in Wimbledon history. But it wasn’t the American Isner’s longest match.


• NHL: Marian Hossa got Chris Pronger-ed in a trade to the Coyotes.


• NFL: Class of 2018 Hall of Famer Terrell Owens is a notorious jerk, but the people in Canton aren’t exactly taking the high road, either.
