Mike Tomlin was fined $25,000 earlier this week by the NFL for complaining about a roughing the passer penalty drawn by linebacker T.J. Watt for grazing the leg of Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan last Sunday.
Now, Watt also has received a fine for the play in the Steelers' 41-17 victory.
The league fined Watt just over $20,000 for a "forcible" blow to the knee of Ryan for this play:

Watt, who is tied for the league lead with six sacks, including three against the Falcons, plans to appeal the fine.
