Patriots owner Robert Kraft will be charged following a prostitution bust.
According to police during a news conference Friday, video evidence shows Kraft "in the act" on two separate occasions in the past month at Jupiter, Fla.'s Orchids of Asia Day Spa.
Per CBS, the incidents are "part of a larger crackdown on human trafficking and prostitution at several spas in the West Palm Beach area."
Currently, Kraft, 77, faces two misdemeanor charges of soliciting a prostitute. Police are working to issue a warrant for his arrest. He was one of 25 people charged in the case.
According to CBS' Jim DeFede, Kraft can expect the following:
An "active arrest warrant" has been issued for Kraft, according to Jupiter PD.
Typically, a charge of soliciting results in a pre-trial diversion program where the defendant attends a class on the hazards of prostitution. After which the charge is usually dropped. @CBSMiami

Kraft bought the Patriots in 1994 and the team has won six Super Bowls under his ownership.
