Corey Dickerson (12) hits a sacrifice fly to give the Pirates a 6-5 win over the Cubs at PNC Park – MATT SUNDAY / DKPS

Josh Bell set a National League record for most extra-base hits prior to the All-Star break. Chris Archer struggled. Corey Dickerson walked it off. In the end, the Pirates defeated the Cubs, 6-5, Wednesday evening at PNC Park, keeping a four-game sweep alive as they head into Thursday's finale.

Our own Dejan Kovacevic and Matt Sunday were live on the scene, and they'll have the full, comprehensive and exclusive coverage of all the madness over on our team page.

For now, though, just enjoy a video package of every scoring play — in order — from this one. In just two minutes, the message is well conveyed: These Pittsburgh Pirates just refuse to quit.

At 42-43, they're one game under .500, three games out of first in the NL Central and two games out of the second NL Wild Card slot. They're also 7-3 in their last 10, so that's not too bad, either.
