AB blasts 'loser' Big Ben, 'racist NFL' in latest rant taken at Rooney Complex (Steelers)

Ben Roethlisberger attempts to calm Antonio Brown. – MATT SUNDAY / DKPS

Antonio Brown is loose ... again.

Wednesday on Twitter, Brown let it fly, starting with this:

That was the warmup. Brown followed that with this screenshot, a list of players who were arrested but are still playing:

If those weren't clear enough shots at the NFL, there was this. A Twitter user responded and essentially said, "Hey, AB, if you want to play again, probably don't do this."

To which Brown responded:

So yeah. This is all curiously timed because just days ago, Brown posted this to his official Instagram:

First and foremost, I’d like to apologize to my family, friends and anyone who I offended. I never once meant to make anyone feel like I wasn’t thankful and appreciative of the opportunity that I was afforded to play the game I love. I’ve worked hard over the years to earn a chance to compete in the greatest game on earth. Over the years I was met with challenges and I can honestly say I didn’t handle those challenges in the manner that I should have. Over the past few weeks I’ve had the opportunity to think about everything that’s transpired and I am deeply sorry to all who I’ve offended. While my behavior was inexcusable, sometimes when people are coming at you with false information and allegations, we handle ourselves in ways that we sometimes regret. I do take full responsibility for my actions and I’m working everyday to repair what I broke. I do know that if I’m ever given the opportunity to play the game that I love, I’m going to work extremely hard to show the world how much I appreciate another chance. To the organizations that I offended, I offer my sincere apology to you and my hope is that you forgive me and help me move on from this minor setback. I look forward to competing and helping a team reach their goals.

That's an apology ... which apparently was only meant for his family and not the "racist NFL."

And just as a little sprinkle on top, you better believe Ben Roethlisberger got a little of Brown's hatred today, too. He retweeted a couple tweets (like this one) referencing Roethlisberger's past sexual assault allegations from 2009, a civil suit that was settled in 2011.

Then there was this:

Oddly enough, I did check the stats and it turns out Roethlisberger has two Super Bowl rings — both of which he earned before Brown was drafted. Interesting.

This, unfortunately, is just Brown tweeting out of his mind once again. I'm all for justice and fairness, but there is nothing here. Brown's own screenshot of arrested players contains several African Americans. It's just a bizarre tactic on a typical Wednesday on Brown's Twitter.

So where will he go from here if not the NFL? The XFL?

Oh. Okay then. I'm sure he'll make a lot of money on YouTube at least.
