Welcome to Memory Lane! This show is a bit different than the rest of our DK Sports Radio content. Unlike the daily sports team podcast's, Morning Java or Daily Shot, Memory Lane will be an evergreen podcast, meaning it is not time sensitive.
The episodes will be extra long so you lunatics will have something to listen to over the weekend. Heading on a road trip out of town or busy with an afternoon full of house chores? This is the podcast for you.
On this weeks show I sit down and chat with former Steelers linebacker Levon Kirkland. Levon played a major role on, for my money, one of the most underrated defenses in NFL history.
I personally feel like the 1990's Steelers don't get the credit they deserve because they simply never won the big one. Hopefully my chat with Levon will remind listeners just how talented some of those teams were. We discuss how he chose the number 99, his relationships with a handful of Steelers legends, what it was like playing in Super Bowl XXX and much more.
With no game this Sunday, let this be your way to get a Steelers fix:
