MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. -- Pitt released its official travel roster Saturday morning for its Noon game against No. 13 Miami at Hard Rock Stadium. The most notable name not on the list was quarterback Kenny Pickett, who suffered an ankle injury in the second half against Boston College last week.
Pickett has led the Panthers with eight passing touchdowns and five rushing touchdowns. The backup quarterback listed second on the team's depth chart is Davis Beville, but Joey Yellen will get the start. Yellen, a transfer from Arizona State, took snaps in place of Pickett last week when he was injured despite being listed third on the depth chart.
Also not on traveling with the team is defensive tackle Keyshon Camp, who also missed last week's game, along with running back Israel "Izzy" Abanikanda, who will miss his first game of the season.
