The Steelers (6-0) could be without nickel corner Mike Hilton for Sunday's game in Baltimore (5-1) against the Ravens.
Hilton was a limited participant in the Steelers' practice on Friday for the second consecutive day and is officially listed as questionable to play in the game.
It could wind up being a game-time decision.
"Everybody who is healthy, they're going to have to take the field," running back James Conner said of the matchup.
Cam Sutton would be the nickel corner again if Hilton doesn't play.
The same goes for fullback Derek Watt. He was limited on Friday as well, the second day in a row he has been limited after being a full participant on Wednesday.
Both missed the Steelers' last game against the Titans.
Sitting out were linebacker Ulysees Gilbert (back), defensive end Chris Wormley (knee) and safety Jordan Dangerfield (quad).
The Ravens will likely be running back Mark Ingram (ankle), while cornerback Jimmy Smith (Achilles' tendon) is questionable, as is defensive back Anthony Levine Sr.
