Remember when Thanksgiving Eve home games were a tradition for the Penguins, a time when many fans -- especially those who had just returned from college -- made attending the game a part of their holiday celebrations?
(Those of a certain vintage might recall that it was the night before Thanksgiving in 1972 when the Penguins scored five times in 2:07 seconds against St. Louis, setting an NHL record that still stands.)
For that matter, do you remember when the Penguins had home games of any sort, and that fans actually were allowed to attend them?
Been quite a while, hasn't it?
Well, hockey is coming back. The only question, of course, is when. This is the place to discuss the possibilities, and anything else related to hockey.
Just put your questions and observations in the Comments, and I will respond to them over the course of the day. And have the best possible Thanksgiving, if though there's not a hockey game to attend this evening.
