Also, a very long morning!
In addition to this being one of our busiest weekends of the year -- NFL Draft, plus Penguins and Pirates both in action -- the back end of our site collapsed overnight, so I basically spent all of Friday night into Saturday morning in babysitting mode pushing content out to ensure you'd get all our coverage.
The positive: The readers were never affected. The negative: I didn't have two free seconds to type up our weekly Curtis Pharmacy Site Stuff feature, so that'll be shelved until next weekend.
Brewing question: When and where, most commonly, do you read our site? We hear on a regular basis descriptions of reading, watching or listening to our stuff in various settings, but I've never before asked it this directly. Should be fun!

The goal, for once, isn't to expand coverage or staff but, rather, the readership. That's where we're putting 100% of emphasis. It'll take tech, marketing and, of course, smart spending.
