PHILADELPHIA -- The regular season is down to its final few games, and the Penguins have a very real chance to finish first in the East Division, even if the possibility isn't as great as it was before their 7-2 loss to the Flyers Monday night.
Did you see that coming in the early weeks of the season, and especially after the incredible run of injuries they had on defense when 2020-21 was in its infancy? (I, for one, did not.) Do you think their wretched performance Monday was an aberration, the kind of unfortunate showing every team has a few times each season, or did it underscore some inherent flaw in their approach?
