The Steelers signed first-round draft pick Najee Harris to a fully guaranteed, four-year deal worth $13.1 million according to the NFL Network.
The team also holds a fifth-year option for the running back.
Later, the team also signed tight end Pat Freiermuth, its second-round draft pick, as well.
The 24th-overall pick in this year's draft, Harris is expected to improve a rushing attack that ranked dead last in the NFL in 2020.

Harris is the all-time leading rusher at Alabama with 3,843 yards in four seasons. He was the first running back selected in this year's draft.
Freiermuth caught 92 passes for 1,185 yards with 16 touchdowns in 29 career games at Penn State.
The signing of Harris leaves only third-round selection, center Kendrick Green, unsigned among the Steelers' rookies.
Signing rookies has gotten easier in recent years in the NFL due to slotting for contracts for draft picks.
