Hitting a grand slam is a feat in and of itself, but to hit two in the same game like Fabricio Macias did Sunday night, well that's spectacular. He launched two grand slams for Class A Greensboro against Wilmington, leading to eight RBIs, two hits, two runs and improving his average to .250 on the season.

That helped lead the Grasshoppers to a 13-0 victory over the Blue Rocks.

ELSEWHERE

• Starting pitcher Carmen Mlodzinski threw five shut-out innings with eight strikeouts and a walk for Greensboro to move his record to 1-1 on the season.

Overall, he's allowed three hits and one earned run in 11.1 innings of work for the Grasshoppers in 2021.

Bligh Madris went 2 for for against Omaha Sunday with Kevin Kramer scoring two runs and notching an RBI for Indianapolis. Madris and Kramer made up the entire Indians offense against the Storm Chasers.

Oneil Cruz went 1 for 2 with three walks, two runs and an RBI for Altoona Sunday night. Cal Mitchell and Rodolfo Castro also added two-hit nights with Mitchell adding two RBIs and Castro adding another in a losing effort for the Curve.
