ALTOONA, Pa. -- Robert Morris fell to 0-6 and 0-1 in the Horizon League with a 70-58 road loss to Green Bay Thursday night.
The game was tied at 51 apiece with 9:37 left in the game before the Colonials went ice cold from the field for the remainder of the game. The Colonials failed to convert on all 12 of their final shots from the field scoring only from the foul line en route to the loss.
Through the first six games, Robert Morris has yet to play a complete game often faltering late in each game and with the amount of turnover on the roster and inexperience it serves as no surprise that's happening. What is alarming is the rate at which opponents are scoring in the second half especially in the past three games as teams are shooting at a 61.8 percent rate after the half.
Fifth-year guard Rasheem Dunn led Robert Morris with 17 points going 8-for-9 from the free-throw line while adding four rebounds and four assists. Junior forward Justin Winston scored 16 points with 11 coming in the second half.
