Tristan Jarry will be the Penguins' representative at the NHL's All-Star Game next month in Las Vegas, the NHL announced on Thursday.

The fan-voted captain of the Metropolitan Division is the Capitals' Alex Ovechkin. After fans voted for a captain, the NHL's hockey operations department selected the remaining players.

This will be Jarry's second All-Star Game appearance, after previously being named to the roster for the 2020 game in St. Louis.

Jarry's 1.91 goals-against average leads the NHL, and his .932 save percentage and three shutouts both rank third among all goaltenders.

As in the past, the NHL will hold a "Last Men In" vote to complete the rosters with one more player for each division. The Penguins' candidate for the final vote is Jake Guentzel, who leads the team in both goals (18) and points (35).

Guentzel was previously named to the 2020 All-Star Game, but injured his shoulder that same day, necessitating surgery, and was unable to participate.

Voting for the Last Men In can be found here. Fans can submit up to 10 ballots per 24 hours through Jan. 17.

The rosters for each team are as follows:
