Bryan Rust has been named the NHL's third star for the month of January.
He had 10 goals and 11 assists in 11 games, recording multiple points in seven of those.
Rust, 29, recorded his fifth career hat trick and first five-point game Jan. 2 against San Jose.
The first star was Panthers left winger Jonathan Huberdeau, who had six goals and 19 assists in 15 games, while Predators goaltender Juuse Saros was No. 2. Saros went 8-2-2, with a 2.49 goals-against average and .934 save percentage.
