Staff Picks: Who wins this Super matchup? taken on the South Side (NFL)

The Rams' Aaron Donald.

Over the course of the NFL season, our football staff at DK Pittsburgh Sports predicted the outcomes of Steelers' game. This week, we'll predict the outcome of the finale of the NFL season, Super Bowl XLI between the Rams and Bengals at SoFI Stadium in Los Angeles at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Dale Lolley (11-7): This is really pretty simple. The Rams are the better overall team. The Bengals got by in a similar situation against the Chiefs and won. I don't think they can catch lightning in a bottle twice in the same playoffs. Aaron Donald and Von Miller will get to Joe Burrow and put him on the ground, exposing Cincinnati's biggest weakness -- its offensive line. Rams, 27-17

Ramon Foster (9-9): A very competitive matchup. And although I pick the Rams, Joe Burrow has enough talent and skill players to actually beat this team. But I’m laying money on Cooper Kupp and Odell Beckham-Jones to shine. Rams, 27-24

Chris Carter (11-7): The Bengals have looked at times like a team of destiny, but that's about to end with the Rams' pass rush and talented secondary. They'll do enough to force turnovers from Burrow while Matthew Stafford and Kupp connect in the big moments. Rams, 31-27

Tom Reed (9-9): If Ben Roethlisberger had played behind the Bengals' line, he'd have been in traction by Week 4. Burrow is so good and mobile, he's been able to keep winning. I just don't see that formula working against the Rams' defensive front. Rams, 28-17

Dejan Kovacevic (9-9): Super Bowls tend to be defined by their splash. I get that L.A.'s deeper. I get that L.A.'s got Aaron Donald and that defensive front. But this game's most dynamic performer plays for Cincinnati, and Burrow will finish off history. Bengals, 34-26
