ALTOONA, Pa. -- Penn State blew it against Ohio State in the fourth quarter, and now the Nittany Lions have lost their two biggest games of the season. But the season isn't over yet -- far from it, in fact -- and there are a whole lot of important things to discuss about the program, including this week's big question about the quarterback situation between Sean Clifford and Drew Allar.
