Crosby named NHL's Second Star of Week taken at PPG Paints Arena (Penguins)

Sidney Crosby received another little league honor for his strong performance this week.

Crosby was named the NHL's Second Star of the Week for the week starting March 6 for his production in the Penguins' four games that week, scoring two goals and five assists, with both of his goals being game-winning tallies. His five assists and seven points were both tied for third in the league in that span.

This is the third time this season that Crosby has been one of the league's weekly stars. He was the No. 1 star for the opening week of the season and the No. 1 star for the week of Nov. 14.

Arizona's Clayton Keller was named the No. 1 star for his four goals and five assists in four games. Toronto's Mitch Marner was the No. 3 star for his two goals and four assists in two games.
