LATROBE, Pa. -- Don't worry, folks, Pitt is still in the ACC.

If you've kept up with the happenings in the college football world, 1) Kudos to you, because it has been something lately, and 2) You would have seen that the ACC is reportedly looking to add California and Stanford -- a.k.a. the leftovers that the Big Ten or Big 12 didn't want from out West.

I don't necessarily think this does anything for the ACC, but, hey, who wants to take two trips to California in November for a football game?

Speaking of that ... we're within a month of the season beginning. I'm stoked for that, and this Pitt football team is shaping up to be a unique one.

Let's go.
