RICHMOND, Va. -- If you listen to games on the MLB app as I do (obsessively), you've no doubt heard the commercial celebrating baseball on the radio, and every time I hear it, I think about this event, which occurred right here in Pittsburgh over a hundred years ago. I can get into almost any kind of game on the radio, though baseball is probably best suited to the medium... it never fails to make those long drives go by faster and summer porch sits all the more enjoyable.
