Pitt can put together its first winning streak of the season after its first win last Saturday against Drexel. The Panthers face Northern Illinois, who they beat last season 59-50 in the first ever game between the two programs. Northern Illinois has yet to score more than 61 points this season in either of its losses, while Pitt's fewest points allowed this season was the 73 points scored by Drexel. The game could serve as a chance for Pitt's defense to put on its best performance and get on track before ACC play begins against Miami on Dec. 16.
