Amazon Prime has entered into an exclusive broadcasting deal with Duke men's basketball to air three premium games during the 2026-27 season. The following neutral-site games can only be seen on Amazon's streaming platform:
• Nov. 25 vs, UConn (in Las Vegas) • Dec. 21 vs. Michigan (at MSG) • Feb. 20 vs, Gonzaga (in Detroit)
Additionally, as part of a "broader retail partnership" with the Duke atheltic department, ther will be exclusive NIL opportunities.
My take: Another in a seriesof death knells to NCAA athletics. The ACC can't be happy, either. If individual programs are going to go the Notre Dame football route, with an exclusive national TV deal, then just make it a professional minor league, located on college campuses. Kids can get an education if they want, or just play basketball. Delaying the inevitable is dumb.
