Tiger Woods can't seem to get out of his own way, as he attempts to return to the PGA Tour. Marin County Sheriffs arrested Woods in Jupiter, Fla. on suspicion of driving under the influence after he was involved in a two-car crash.
Woods pathed a breathalyzer, but refused to take a urine test used to determine being under the influence of other substances. His refusal resulted in a his arrest for DUI by statute.
Woods was allegedly traveling at high rate of speed when clipped the rear end of a truck pulling a trailer at approximately 2 p.m., as he attempted to pass. Woods' Range Rover then rolled onto its side.
Woods was not reported injured, and removed himself from the vehicle through the passenger side, according to the sheriff's report, which also stated Woods showed signs of impairment.
My take: Good grief. He never really seems to learn anything from his mistakes. He's lucky to be alive after his previous crash — lucky to walk again, even — but still speeding and reckless.
