Attorneys for former University of Alabama basketball player Charles Bediako have filed a motion with the Alabama Supreme Court for injunctive relief that would permit Bediako to return to playing for Alabama while his appeal is being considered and decided, after a District Court judge ruled Bediako had not established the base requirements for an injunction, including that Bediako was ineligible to return based on NCAA eligibility rules.
