After the violations were discovered — reported to be in thousands — Sorsby checked himself into rehab for gambling addiction.
Sorsby already has an active lawsuit against the NCAA, saying his suspension was discriminatory because his addiction is a medical condition, and that the organization's stance on gambling is hypocritical considering its sponsorships with online sportsbooks.
