Mendoza refused to name the team or executive but quipped, "Maybe I'll get arrested."
All indications are the reigning Heisman winner and national champion will be selected by the Raiders.
My take: This executive is completely unfamiliar with the Raiders. A criminal record rockets a player up their draft board.
