My favorite place to eat in Vegas is Eataly in Park MGM. I'm pretty sure that when I was here for the All-Star Game in 2022, I ate there exclusively. It's great.
If you've never been, it's an Italian food hall with stalls for groceries, too. There are locations in a few major cities, but the one here is the biggest -- there are stalls for sandwiches, pasta, seafood, cheese, meats, pizza. On the lower level there are a couple more that are more like cafes, plus a gelato stand. I opted for the pizza this time:
