Parker Wotherspoon - Erik Karlsson Ryan Shea - Kris Letang Sam Girard - Connor Clifton
No reason to break up the top pair. Shea has been playing well enough to stay on the second pair, and he's more of the reliable/steady presence that could benefit Letang. Ilya Solovyov and Ryan Graves are both left-handed, so they're probably not replacing Clifton, and Girard isn't going to sit.
Another option, given Kyle Dubas' comments about Girard playing "higher in our lineup" than he did in Colorado:
THE ASYLUM
The pairs I'd go with to start:
Parker Wotherspoon - Erik Karlsson
Ryan Shea - Kris Letang
Sam Girard - Connor Clifton

Shea on his off side isn't ideal, but it's not awful. This option also gives them the chance to have Solovyov in, since he's been pretty decent.
