Mike Clevinger gets his first spring start and Carmen Mlodzinski is expected to get some innings out of the bullpen today against the Rays. 

“Talking about who starts that, there's no rhyme or reason to anything,” Don Kelly said this weekend. “It's just making sure that the guys get their innings, get their pitches up and continue to build toward starting or that bulk role in the 'pen.”
