• HOME RUN: Didn't come easy, but Endy homers to left-center field. He has the only two homers hit by a Pirates catcher this spring. Last one came in the spring opener against the Orioles.
• Urquidy gets his four ups and exits after recording two quick outs with three pitches in the fourth. Over 3 2/3 innings, he allowed three runs on four hits. Didn't walk anyone or strike anyone out. Threw 26 of 36 pitches for strikes.
• Now two strikeouts on the night for Davis. Probably should have challenged that third strike. Looked up and out of the zone.
• RUN: RBI double for Bellinger. Another fastball left at the top of the zone by Urquidy. Starting to get punished for leaving balls in the zone.
• HOMERUN: Urquidy gets behind 2-1 and leaves a fastball up in the zone. DeJong sends it out to left.
• Garcia wins a challenge and singles into right two pitches later. Guy continues to do things right.
• Urquidy needs just nine more pitches to record three outs. He's thrown 18 pitches -- 14 strikes -- over two innings.
• HOME RUN: Stanton collects the first hit of the night, a solo shot to left-center. An 0-1 cutter right down the pipe.
• Not a great start to the night for the three catchers in the Pirates lineup. All three have struck out through two innings. Flores' came on a challenged ball that just clipped the zone.
• As good of a first inning as you could ask for from Urquidy. Attacked the zone and got quick outs. Seven pitches, all for strikes. Anything he threw out of the zone resulted in an out.
• Fried works up and in against Davis, getting behind 2-0 before a few foul balls. Davis laid off some tough pitches, but swung through a fastball up and out of the zone. Only the second time he's struck out this spring, but still looking for that first hit.
• Fried pitches Griffin inside and gets him to ground out on a 1-0 fastball at 96.
