But it may not be a smart move for hitters to be too aggressive when Burns is turning to the heater, which he went to 58% of the time in the big leagues last year.
"We have to see how the game goes, see how he’s looking," Kelly said. "If we start being too aggressive and he’s throwing the fastball up and we’re chasing it, that’s not a good recipe for success off of him."
