The Pirates have recalled left-handed pitcher Hunter Barco from Class AAA Indianapolis and optioned right-handed pitcher Wilber Dotel to Indianapolis.
Since Barco was optioned to Class AAAA, he posted a 2.45 ERA, seven strikeouts and a .192 batting average against in two games (one start).
