And, to an extent, as I'd hoped.
We were up to nearly 900 comments, and it started getting as ugly as the subject matter itself, as I'd also expected, so that was that. The thread still exists. It just isn't visible.
There won't be comments on this one at all. A full morning and afternoon was plenty.
I hope not to have to make another entry like that for another 12 years, so consider this a resumption of regular programming and rules and all that other stuff.
