The Steelers have a different theme for nearly every home game each season. Here's what to expect in 2026:
• Thursday, Aug. 13 vs. Packers (Preseason): The Steelers invite fans to "Play Football," a game celebrating youth football and half-time activities highlighting local athletes.
• Friday, Aug. 21 vs. Jets (Preseason): "Family Day," in which fans are encouraged to bring the whole family to enjoy football, food trucks and activities around Acrisure Stadium.
• Sunday, Sept. 13 vs. Falcons (Week 1): Home opener. Leading up to the game, the Steelers' Run Walk will be held Sept. 7 at Acrisure Stadium, and the Kickoff and Rib Festival will be held Sept. 3-7, also at Acrisure Stadium.
• Sunday, Sept. 27 vs. Bengals (Week 3): The Steelers will celebrate the 2026 Hall of Honor Class with a halftime on-field presentation. The Hall of Honor Dinner will be held two days prior on Friday, Sept. 25.
• Sunday, Oct. 11 vs. Colts (Week 5): The "Crucial Catch: Intercept Cancer" game, which supports the fight against cancer through early detection and risk reduction.
• Sunday, Nov. 1 vs. Browns (Week 8): The "Salute to Service" game, which is the Steelers' representation of the yearly commitment to honor, empower and connect with service members, veterans and their families. In addition, the Steelers will kick off Halloween week by hosting their annual Spooktacular, a family-friendly activity for youth to participate in a trick-or-treat experience at Acrisure Stadium taking place on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
• Sunday, Dec. 6 vs. Texans (Week 13): "Alumni Weekend," which brings back former players, coaches and staff members to be recognized and celebrated during weekend activities. This year's theme is "Celebrating the 90s." This is also when the Steelers' players will participate in the NFL's "My Cause My Cleats" initiative. Players have an opportunity to wear custom-designed cleats against the Texans to highlight causes and charities important to them.
• Sunday, Dec. 20 vs. Ravens (Week 15): "Inspire Change," the NFL's social justice campaign, highlights and rewards those who are making a difference and allows fans to learn about the incredible work they are doing to make the region better.
• TBD vs. Panthers (Week 16): The "Thank You Fans" game is an opportunity for the franchise to show their gratitude for all the support during the season and year-round from the fans.
