Eli Heidenreich said after practice today that he's been in the running back room the "entire time," but thinks there is some flexibility in the offense that allows the running backs to go out and "kinda be more of a slot receiver."
He's also excited to contribute on special teams: "It's something I love doing. I didn't really get to tackle much at Navy, only on special teams. I played a little safety in high school, so it's fun to be able to run down the field and make some plays as more of a defender."
