It is worth noting that Mason Rudolph said Metcalf participated in workouts during phase one and phase two of the offseason program, and DeShon Elliott said Thornhill had also worked out with the team before today.
OTAs are completely voluntary, so there is no punishment, fines or anything else for missing these workouts. Minicamp, which will take place June 10-12, is mandatory for every player on the 90-man roster, unless a player is excused by the team.
