Sidney Crosby buries his 40th goal of the season. - MATT SUNDAY / DKPS

Sidney Crosby has played on dominant lines in his hockey career. He's played with the likes of Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand internationally, he teamed with Jarome Iginla to score one of the Olympics' most famous goals, and his chemistry with Chris Kunitz and Pascal Dupuis in Pittsburgh was undeniable.

But has he ever played with linemates who possessed a hockey IQ on par with Conor Sheary and Jake Guentzel?

I asked the captain this question following the Penguins' 4-0 win against the Panthers at PPG Paints Arena on Sunday, which saw him record the 10th hat trick of his career while earning his second career 40-goal season.
