Pitt's thin front line is taking a further shot to its depth.

Sophomore center Peace Ilegomah is leaving the basketball program and will seek to transfer elsewhere, the school announced Wednesday afternoon.

Ilegomah, who came by himself to the U.S. from Nigeria as a 14-year-old and played his high school basketball at Florida's Montverde Academy, appeared in seven of Pitt's 10 games this season, scoring six points and grabbing seven rebounds in 32 minutes on the season. He played 133 minutes in 23 games as a freshman.
