ALTOONA, Pa. -- We're now just six weeks away from the start of college football season, and Penn State will begin fall camp coming up in about two weeks. So, we're getting to the point where projections and predictions for the season will be all over the place. I've already written about the Nittany Lions' best-case scenario, which admittedly isn't all that realistic.
