ATLANTA -- A few business items this morning ...
• No Friday Insider this week. Readers have asked for me to let them know when that happens, so here it is. I've got nothing. Zero. And I'll never force that feature. It's too important. ... I do have leads on multiple fronts, though, so there'll be one next week, for sure.
• We're hiring. Full-time reporter. Pay that's competitive with any other major outlet. Real experience a must.
• We're announcing another hire in the actual Site Stuff that'll run, as ever, first thing Saturday. (Meaning tomorrow.) This hire will be for the Steelers beat, working alongside Chris Halicke and me.
• I've told you, and I'll repeat: We're serious. Drop-dead serious. We win on hockey and, soon enough, we'll win across the board.
• The stupid miniature comment balloon's been fixed.
• Big plans afoot for one of my Daily Shot podcasts.
• I'll spend the weekend at the only stadium/arena in North America I've yet to cover an event, that being Truist Park in Georgia's Cobb County. I'd done tons of games at old Turner Field in this city's downtown but never the Braves' new home.
• Thanks for reading and supporting.
• And for listening, too.
