Jhostynxon Garcia's Pirates debut comes within an 18-inning stretch in which the Pirates have failed to score a run. Don Kelly doesn't want Garcia, or any individual player within the lineup for that matter, to put too much pressure on himself in regard to helping the team turn things around offensively. 

“It’s not on any one single hitter, it’s not on any one single pitcher," Kelly said. "It’s a team collective. We all need to go out and do our jobs well and continue to, we’ve talked about it a lot from an offensive standpoint, pass the baton. Having the lineup stack together those quality at-bats. It’s not on one single guy. Hopefully Garcia doesn’t feel that. I think when you get called up, you feel that pressure anyways of being up here, but I feel that’s where that comfortability of having spring training, being around the guys and having success in spring will help him relax and feel a part of it rather than feeling like he has to be the guy.”
