Dauri Moreta (elbow) is scheduled to begin a rehab assignment tonight with Class A Bradenton.
Moreta missed the entire 2024 season after undergoing Tommy John surgery last spring. In 2023, he made 55 appearances for the Pirates, compiling a 3.72 ERA, a 1.09 WHIP and limiting opposing hitters to a .187 batting average. He struck out 76 batters and walked 24 in 58 innings.
